The 4-Step Institutional Reversal Protocol
- Step 1: Higher Timeframe Tap: Price reaches a significant H4 or Daily Point of Interest (POI) or major external liquidity pool.
- Step 2: Clean M15 ChoCH: A candle body definitively closes below the last validated swing low that produced the high.
- Step 3: Inducement Creation & Clearance: Price creates a shallow counter-trend pullback (IDM), enticing retail buyers, before taking that low out.
- Step 4: Extreme Mitigation: The market retraces into the unmitigated Extreme Order Block located at the top of the reversal impulse. Execute market or limit order with confirmed momentum.
